เกาหลีใช้มาตรฐานใดรับรอง Bioplastic?

อยากทราบแนวทางตลาดที่เกาหลีค่ะ
1) มาตรฐานอ้างอิงตามตัวไหน เช่น EN13432, ISO17088 ?
2) มี Compostable bioplastic LOGO ของเกาหลีเองหรือไม่?

The Korean bioplastics industry has witnessed a remarkable growth as the seventh in the world to successfully establish itself commercially. Since 1993, the development of Korea’s bioplastics industry has been led by university-corporate partnerships in research and development as part of the Korean government’s Leading Technology Development Project. The industry’s main focus has been biodegradable plastics but development of durable biomass-based plastics goods is also actively underway.

Korean Consumer Survey

According to a 2005 survey by the former Ministry of Finance and Economy, some 58% of Korean consumers reported that they were interested in eco-friendly daily products and 73% responded positively to the idea of buying more expensive eco-friendly commodity products, the acceptable price difference being in the range of 18% to 43% above ordinary prices. These results suggest that Korean consumers are significantly environment-conscious and willing to purchase eco-friendly products.

Application of Bioplastics in Korea

? Announcement of 30% degradability as requirement for government-designated trash bags (May 1999)

? Limit on use and free distribution of disposable bags

? Act to Promote Saving and Recycling Resources Strengthened

- Regulations on disposables (containers, cups and trays-except biodegradable materials)
- Regulations on non-degradable disposable table cloths (except biodegradable materials)
- Gradual annual reductions in synthetic resin-based packaging (except biodegradable materials)
- Waste Treatment Charge System to be enforced (except biodegradable materials)

? The Ministry of Environment is considering introduction of roll bags with 100% biodegradability
